TAX REFORM 2000 COMMITTEE

As a result of legislation passed during the 1997 Legislative Session (Chapter 161, 1997 Wyoming Session Laws), a Tax Reform 2000 Committee was created. The Committee consisted of 11 members, 5 of whom are legislators: Senators Grant Larson and Robert Peck; and Representatives Ross Diercks, John Hines and Denny Smith. Other non-legislators on the Tax Reform committee are Ray Sarcletti, Beryl Churchill, Powell; Shelby Gerking, Laramie; Rob Hurless and Warren Morton, Casper; and Phil Noble, Cheyenne.
