Property tax redemption-attorney's fees.

A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to taxation and revenue; providing for the costs of property tax redemption as specified; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.  W.S. 39-13-109(e)(iv)(intro) is amended to read:

39-13-109.  Taxpayer remedies.

(e)  Redemption.  The following shall apply:

(iv)  A person redeeming real property from a person holding a certificate of purchase shall pay the following amounts excluding attorney's fees before being entitled to a certificate of redemption:

Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
