A BILL

 1  AN ACT relating to game and fish; modifying license fees
 2  for seining and trapping fish; and providing for an
 3  effective date.

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 23-2-301(c)(x) is amended to read:

 8 

 9         23-2-301.  Miscellaneous fees; verification of
10  residency required.

11 

12         (c)  Effective January 1, 2000, the following licenses
13  and tags may be purchased for the fee indicated and subject
14  to other requirements of this article:

15 

16              (x)  License to seine or trap fish   25.00 15.00
