A BILL

 1  AN ACT relating to real estate brokers and salesmen;
 2  authorizing the real estate commission to promulgate rules
 3  and regulations regarding optional errors and omissions
 4  insurance as specified; and providing for an effective
 5  date.

 6 

 7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 8 

 9         Section 1.  W.S. 33-28-401 is created to read:

11         33-28-401.  Errors and omissions insurance; rulemaking
12  authority.

13 

14  The Wyoming real estate commission is authorized to
15  promulgate reasonable rules and regulations regarding

 1  optional errors and omissions insurance coverage for
 2  persons licensed under this chapter.

 3 

 4         Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
