ENROLLED ACT NO. 4, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

FIFTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING

2001 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT relating to school finance; extending application of
foundation program dollar per ADM amounts; and providing
for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.  W.S. 21-13-309(m)(intro) is amended to
read:

21-13-309. Determination of amount to be included in
foundation program for each district.

(m) In determining the amount to be included in the
foundation program for each district for the 1999-2000
school year, and for the 2000-2001 school year and for the
2001-2002 school year, the state superintendent shall first
compute for each district a district model amount per
average daily membership (ADM) as follows:

Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
