GENERAL SESSION
AN ACT relating to the
Wyoming pari-mutuel commission;
authorizing the
simulcasting of dog racing as specified;
and providing for
an effective date.
Be It Enacted
by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
Section 1. W.S. 11-25-102(a)(v) is amended to read:
11-25-102. Definitions.
(a) As used in
this act:
(v) "Pari-mutuel
event" means the events which
are authorized by the
commission for the conduct of horse
racing (to include
quarter horse, thoroughbred or other
approved races),
harness racing, cutter racing, chariot
racing, chuckwagon
racing, professional roping events and
simulcasting of these
in this paragraph as prescribed by the
commission;
