FIFTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING

2001 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT relating to the Wyoming Health Insurance Pool Act;
extending the termination of the act as specified; and
providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1. W.S. 26-43-113 is amended to read:

26-43-113. Termination of provisions.

This act is not effective after June 30, 2001 2005.

Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon
completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
Constitution.
