FIFTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING

2001 GENERAL SESSION

 

 

 

 

AN ACT relating to agriculture and animals; authorizing the
imposition of entry fees for all state fair exhibits;
eliminating entry classification requirements; and
providing for an effective date.

 

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 

Section 1.  W.S. 11-10-105 is amended to read:

 

11-10-105.  Entry fees.

 

No fee shall be charged for the entry of any agricultural,
horticultural, educational, mineral or manufactured article
produced in Wyoming, but on livestock or poultry,
A fee for
each animal entered or each pen of poultry entered
may be
charged as for any in-state or out-of-state exhibit to be
entered in the state fair at an amount
set by the director
of the department of agriculture and the board. On entries
from outside the state or entries in speed contests on the
track such entry fee may be charged as the board may
decide. All animals and articles shall be entered in their
proper class and in no other. The director and the board
shall determine all questions of classification.
