FIFTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING

2001 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT relating to game and fish; clarifying firearms
permitted for hunting wild turkey; and providing for an
effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.  W.S. 23-3-110(b) is amended to read:

23-3-110. Firearms; types permitted for hunting game
birds; ruffed and blue grouse excepted.

(b) Rifles Firearms using center-fire cartridges,
muzzle-loading rifles, arms or rifles firearms of twenty-
two (.22) magnum caliber may be used to take wild turkeys.
