FIFTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING

2001 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT relating to nursing homes; extending the expiration
date of the statute limiting the construction or expansion
of nursing care facilities beds in the state as specified;
and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1. W.S. 35-2-906(e) is amended to read:

35-2-906. Construction and expansion of facilities;
exemption.

(e) This section shall remain in effect until June
30, 2001 2003.

Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon
completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
Constitution.
