GENERAL SESSION
AN ACT relating to the state
board of parole; increasing
compensation paid
to parole board members as specified; and
providing for an
effective date.
Be It Enacted
by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
Section 1. W.S. 7-13-401(d)
is amended to read:
7-13-401. Definitions; creation of
board; officers;
compensation;
hearing panels; meetings.
(d) When engaged in the performance of their duties,
members of
the board shall receive fifty dollars ($50.00)
per day for each day
of service. When engaged in the
performance of their
duties, they shall receive
the amount paid to
members of the Wyoming legislature and
travel expenses and
per diem in the same manner and amount
as employees of the
state.
