FIFTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING

2001 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT relating to game and fish; modifying license fees
for seining and trapping fish; and providing for an
effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1. W.S. 23-2-301(c)(x) is amended to read:

23-2-301. Miscellaneous fees; verification of
residency required.

(c) Effective January 1, 2000, the following licenses
and tags may be purchased for the fee indicated and subject
to other requirements of this article:

(x) License to seine or trap fish....... 25.00 15.00
