A BILL

 

for

 

AN ACT relating to elections; repealing restriction counting an elector's signature on only one petition for the formation of a new political party when the signature appears on petitions for multiple new parties; and providing for an effective date.

 

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 

Section 1.  W.S. 22-4-404 is repealed.

 

Section 2.  This act is effective January 1, 2003.
