School finance-foundation program.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to school finance; extending application of
 2  foundation program dollar per ADM amounts; and providing
 3  for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7   Section 1.  W.S. 21-13-309(m)(intro) is amended to
 8  read:

 9 

10   21-13-309.  Determination of amount to be included in
11  foundation program for each district.

12 

13   (m)  In determining the amount to be included in the
14  foundation program for each district for the 1999-2000
15  school year,and for the 2000-2001 school year and for the
16  2001-2002 school year, the state superintendent shall first

 1  compute for each district a district model amount per
 2  average daily membership (ADM) as follows:

 3 

 4   Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
