A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to election districts; revising the month
 2  for establishing election districts; and providing for an
 3  effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 22-7-101 is amended to read:

 8 

 9         22-7-101.  Election districts.

10 

11  The board of county commissioners with the advice or
12  recommendation of the county clerk, no later than its first
13  meeting in February April in every general election year
14  shall divide the county into not more than thirty (30)
15  election districts. Each district shall be designated by
16  number. Election districts shall be changed only at this
17  designated meeting.
