Longevity pay increase.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to administration of government; providing
 2  for longevity pay for the state compensation plan as
 3  specified; and providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 9-2-1022(c)(intro) and (v) is amended
 8  to read:

 9 

10         9-2-1022.  Duties of department performed through
11  human resources division.

12 

13         (c)  Beginning July 1, 1989, The state compensation
14  plan shall provide for the following procedures to
15  establish and change individual pay rates:

 1              (v)  Longevity pay increases shall be approved at
 2  a rate of thirty dollars ($30.00) forty dollars ($40.00)
 3  per month for each five (5) years of service;

 4 

 5         Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
