Volunteer firemen's pension fund-benefits.

A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to
volunteer firemen's pension fund;

increasing benefits; and providing for an effective date.

4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

6 Section 1. W.S. 35-9-608(d) is amended to read:
7
8 35-9-608. Benefits enumerated; death
of participant
9 or spouse; amount and
payment of contributions; withdrawal
10 from plan.

12 (d) The
following table sets forth the member's
13 pension benefit, surviving spouse's benefit
and children's
14 benefit for all entry ages. The amounts set
forth in this
15 table are applicable to members
participating on a twelve
16 dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) per month
contribution
