A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to water development; providing an
 2  appropriation to water development accounts I and II as
 3  specified; and providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.

 8 

 9         (a)  There is appropriated from the general fund to:

10 

11              (i)  Water development account I, seventy million
12  dollars ($70,000,000.00);

13 

14              (ii)  Water development account II, five million
15  dollars ($5,000,000.00).
