Judgment index-maintenance.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to civil procedure; specifying procedures
 2  for compiling and maintaining a judgment index; and
 3  providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 1-16-307 by creating a new subsection
 8  (d) is amended to read:

 9 

10         1-16-307.  Index to judgments.

11 

12         (d)  The procedures for compiling and maintaining the
13  judgment index required by subsection (a) of this section
14  may be modified by the court to permit the compilation and
15  maintenance by any manual, mechanical, electronic or other
16  means calculated to ensure the accuracy of the index.
