medicaid; authorizing reimbursement of

for juveniles who are placed in residential

treatment programs as specified; and providing for an

effective date.

6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

1. W.S.
42-4-103(a) by creating a new
9
paragraph (xxviii) is amended to read:
10
11 42-4-103. Authorized services and supplies.

13 (a) Services
and supplies authorized for medical
14 assistance under this chapter include:

1 (xxviii) Placement of
juveniles in a medicaid
2 enrolled residential treatment program
that is accredited
3 by the council on accreditation (COA)
or other accrediting
4 body with equal or more stringent
accrediting standards.

6 Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2001.
