State parking garage appropriation.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to construction of public facilities;
 2  providing an appropriation for the construction of a
 3  parking structure for the capitol complex; and providing
 4  for an effective date.

 5 

 6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 7 

 8       Section 1.  There is appropriated seven million five
 9  hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000.00) from the general
10  fund to the department of administration and information to
11  be used for the design and construction of a multi-level
12  parking structure for the state capitol office complex.

13 

14       Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
