Public meetings-executive session minutes.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to public meetings; providing for minutes
 2  not to be recorded in a public meeting during an executive
 3  session as specified; and providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 16-4-403(c) by creating a new
 8  paragraph (iii) is amended to read:

 9 

10         16-4-403.  Meetings to be open; participation by
11  public; minutes.

12 

13         (c)  Minutes of a meeting:

14 

15              (iii)  Are not required to be recorded for that
16  portion of a meeting held in executive session.
