A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; establishing the offense
 2  of careless driving; and providing for an effective date.

 3 

 4  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 5 

 6         Section 1.  W.S. 31-5-235 is created to read:

 7 

 8         31-5-235.  Careless driving.

 9 

10  Any person who drives any vehicle in a careless and
11  imprudent manner without due regard for road and traffic
12  conditions, or the safety of persons or property is guilty
13  of careless driving.
