County regulation of fireworks-penalties.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to fireworks; clarifying the penalties that
 2  apply to violations of a county's regulation of fireworks;
 3  and providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 35-10-207 is amended to read:

 8 

 9         35-10-207.  Penalties.

10 

11  Any person violating any provision of W.S. 35-10-201
12  through 35-10-207 35-10-208 is guilty of a misdemeanor and
13  upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not
14  more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or by
15  imprisonment not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both such
16  fine and imprisonment.

 1         Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon
 2  completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
 3  as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
 4  Constitution.
