Game and fish-hunting permission repeal.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to game and fish; repealing the prohibition
 2  and penalty on entering private property to hunt, fish or
 3  trap without permission; and providing for an effective
 4  date.

 5 

 6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 7 

 8       Section 1.  W.S. 23-3-305(b) is repealed.

 9 

10       Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon
11  completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
12  as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
13  Constitution.
