Renovation of game and fish laboratory.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to state facilities; appropriating funds
 2  for the renovation and conversion of the old game and fish
 3  department laboratory as specified; and providing for an
 4  effective date.

 5 

 6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 7 

 8         Section 1.

 9 

10         (a)  Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00)
11  is appropriated from the budget reserve account to the
12  governor for purposes of subsection (b) of this section.

13 

14         (b)  The amount appropriated under subsection (a) of
15  this section shall be expended to convert and renovate the
16  old game and fish department laboratory facility located in

 1  Crook county to a dormitory and classroom facility. The
 2  dormitory shall have a capacity of eighty (80) beds.

 3 

 4         (c)  The governor may contract with a nonprofit
 5  corporation to supervise and implement the renovation and
 6  conversion project funded under this section.

 7 

 8         Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
