Lifetime conservation stamp fee.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to game and fish; increasing the fee for a
 2  lifetime conservation stamp; and providing for an effective
 3  date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7       Section 1.  W.S. 23-2-306(b) is amended to read:

 8 

 9       23-2-306.  Conservation stamp; exemptions.

10 

11       (b)  A lifetime conservation stamp may be purchased
12  for seventy-five dollars ($75.00) one hundred thirty
13  dollars ($130.00).

14 

15       Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
