A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to the Wyoming Medical Assistance and
 2  Services Act; providing an appropriation for an adult
 3  acquired brain injury program as specified; and providing
 4  for an effective date.

 5 

 6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 7 

 8         Section 1.

 9 

10         (a)  There is appropriated for the fiscal year
11  beginning July 1, 2001, to the department of health,
12  division of developmental disabilities, four million six
13  hundred twenty-nine thousand four hundred fifty-two dollars
14  ($4,629,452.00) to operate an adult acquired brain injury
15  program as follows:

 2              (i)  One million seven hundred sixty-eight
 3  thousand eight hundred ninety-four dollars ($1,768,894.00)
 4  from the state general fund;

 5 

 6              (ii)  Two million eight hundred sixty thousand
 7  five hundred fifty-eight dollars ($2,860,558.00) from
 8  federal funds received under Title XIX of the federal
 9  Social Security Act.

11         Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
