Ethics act-household income.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to administration of government; providing
 2  for the disclosure of sources of income for elected
 3  official's and member's household as specified; and
 4  providing for an effective date.

 5 

 6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 7 

 8         Section 1.  W.S. 9-13-108(a)(ii) and (c) is amended to
 9  read:

10 

11         9-13-108.  Disclosure required.

12 

13         (a)  Not later than January 31 annually, each of the
14  state's five (5) elected officials and each member of the
15  Wyoming legislature shall file a financial disclosure form
16  with the secretary of state. The form shall be signed by
17  the elected official or legislator filing it and under a

 1  certification that it is accurate. The financial disclosure
 2  form shall contain the following information current as of
 3  January 15 of that year:

 4 

 5              (ii)  A list generally describing the sources of,
 6  but not the amount of, the official's or member's income.
 7  The list shall contain the sources of any income which
 8  provide ten percent (10%) or more of the official's or
 9  member's total household income.

11         (c)  The disclosure form shall be as prescribed by the
12  secretary of state but in substantially the following form:
