A BILL

 1  AN ACT relating to parole; providing an exception to
 2  ineligibility for parole; and providing for an effective
 3  date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 7-13-402(b)(intro) is amended to
 8  read:

 9 

10         7-13-402.  General powers and duties of board;
11  eligibility for parole; immunity.

12 

13         (b)  Except for a probationer placed in a community
14  correctional facility, a prisoner is not eligible for
15  parole if he has:
