Transfer of state funds.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to administration of government;
 2  transferring state funds as specified; and providing for an
 3  effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of
 8  law, including but not limited to any other enactment of
 9  the 2001 general and budget session and 2002 budget
10  session, the state auditor shall transfer on June 30, 2002
11  from the general fund to the budget reserve account all
12  funds other than those funds necessary to maintain a
13  balance of ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00) in the
14  general fund.

 1         Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon
 2  completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
 3  as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
 4  Constitution.
