A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to game and fish licenses; modifying
 2  imposition of fees imposed upon duplicate licenses; and
 3  providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7        Section 1.  W.S. 23-1-702 is amended to read:

 8 

 9        23-1-702.  Duplicate license upon loss or destruction
10  of original; issuance; fees.

11 

12  When any license issued under this act has been lost or
13  destroyed, the licensee may secure a duplicate of the
14  original license from any district office or any authorized
15  personnel of the department upon payment of three dollars
16  ($3.00) and the presentation of satisfactory proof that the

 1  original license was lost or destroyed. Prior to issuing
 2  the duplicate license and in accordance with rule and
 3  regulation of the commission, the department may assess a
 4  fee of not more than three dollars ($3.00). Duplicate
 5  licenses shall be issued in accordance with procedure
 6  established by commission order.

 7 

 8        Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon
 9  completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
10  as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
11  Constitution.
