A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to the state minimum wage; repealing
 2  provisions relating to the state minimum wage; and
 3  providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7       Section 1.  W.S. 27-4-201 through 27-4-204 are
 8  repealed.

 9 

10       Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
