A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to elections; repealing restriction
 2  counting an elector's signature on only one petition for
 3  the formation of new political parties; and providing for
 4  an effective date.

 5 

 6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 7 

 8       Section 1.  W.S. 22-4-404 is repealed.

 9 

10       Section 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
