A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to taxation and revenue; repealing the
 2  additional state sales and use tax as specified; and
 3  providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 39-15-104 by creating a new
 8  subsection (f) and 39-16-104 by creating a new subsection
 9  (e) are amended to read:

11         39-15-104.  Taxation rate.

12 

13         (f)  The tax imposed by subsection (b) of this section
14  shall terminate on June 30, 2001.

 1         (e)  The tax imposed by subsection (b) of this section
 2  shall terminate on June 30, 2001.

 3 

 4         Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon
 5  completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
 6  as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
 7  Constitution.
