4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

1. W.S.
18-3-402(a)(xvi)(A), (D), (J) through

(N), 31-3-102(a)(vii) and 34.1-9-409(d)(iv) are amended to

read:

10 18-3-402. Duties generally.

12 (a) The county clerk shall:

remit to the county treasurer
