A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to game and fish; eliminating license fees
 2  for seining and trapping fish; and providing for an
 3  effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  W.S. 23-4-103(a) is amended to read:

 8 

 9         23-4-103.  License to seine; license for dealers in
10  live bait.

11 

12         (a)  The department may issue licenses to seine or
13  trap fish to such persons as it considers qualified upon
14  application. and payment of fees Licenses for seining and
15  trapping shall be issued under this subsection at no
16  charge. The license entitles the holder to seine or trap

 1  fish at such the time, place, and manner as provided by law
 2  and orders of the commission.

 3 

 4         Section 2.  W.S. 23-2-301(c)(x) is repealed.

 5 

 6         Section 3.  This act is effective July 1, 2001.
