AN ACT relating
to elections; authorizing political parties to set their own convention and
meeting dates; prohibiting unsuccessful candidates at a primary election from
seeking the same office at the ensuing general election in any manner;
requiring specified election forms to contain the address of the candidate;
making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
