AN ACT relating
to school capital construction; establishing a school capital construction
system in response to the Supreme Court decision in State of Wyoming, et al.,
v. Campbell County School District, et al., WY 19, 19 P.3d 518, (Wyo.
2001)(Campbell II), as specified; establishing a state school facilities
commission; transferring specified programs; prescribing transitional school
building activities; providing appropriations; and providing for effective
dates.

deems the project small enough. The commission shall not unreasonably withhold
approval if the contract is within the approved project budget and is
consistent with the approved plans and specifications;
(G) Provide
that the agreement shall expire upon completion of the project; and
(J) Contain
any other provision mutually agreed upon by the commission and the
district.".
