"Section 4.  The Wyoming game and fish commission shall report to the state treasurer the amount of private donations deposited to the wildlife legacy trust account from July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2007.  To the extent total private donations deposited to the account within that period are less than the amount distributed to the account under W.S. 9-4-601(b), an amount equal to the difference shall be transferred by the state treasurer from the trust account to the general fund.  For purposes of this section, no funds transferred under this act shall be included in the amount reported by the commission.  The transfer from the trust account to the general fund under this section shall be made on or before September 30, 2007.".
