AN ACT relating to medical support for children;
specifying duties of the department of family services with respect to medical
support obligations for the benefit of children; amending obligations of the
employer of a person having a medical support obligation; specifying the rights
of an obligor; establishing priorities for payment of medical support
obligations; providing definitions; conforming related provisions; and
providing for an effective date.
