AN ACT relating to peace officers; expanding peace
officer authority of state park rangers, park superintendents and assistant superintendents
as specified; specifying that such persons are peace officers for purposes of
the criminal code; specifying that such persons are law enforcement officers
for the enforcement of controlled substances offenses; and providing for an
effective date.
