Interest has accumulated in excess of the amounts necessary to fund the projects in an amount of one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000.00). There is appropriated from this excess interest one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000.00) from this account for the purposes of this act;
(vi) One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) from the public buildings at the capitol permanent land fund created under W.S. 9-4-310(a)(ii).
(b) The following shall apply to subsection (a) of this section:
(i) 1996 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 1, Section 305(c) is repealed;
(ii) 1986 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 81, Section 4 is repealed.
(iii) W.S. 1‑42‑104(a) is repealed;
(iv) Of the funds de-appropriated under this subsection, eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000.00) is appropriated for the purposes of this act.". MOCKLER
