Wyoming, subject to the following restrictions and requirements:
(ii) The sale shall
fully comply with the legal conditions of sale in both contiguous states; and
6-8-302. Resident may purchase or receive delivery in other states; restrictions and requirements.
(a) A Wyoming resident
otherwise qualified may purchase or receive delivery of a rifle or shotgun in a any state
contiguous to the state of Wyoming,
