Monies generated under this act shall first be used to repay any monies loaned to the account including interest on the loan which shall accrue at a rate equal to that received by the state treasurer on pooled investments during the twelve (12) months preceding the month in which the loan was made. After such time, the money shall be deposited pursuant to W.S. 33-42-105(d).".
