AN ACT relating to game and fish; authorizing hunting and fishing
license selling agents to charge fees for the sale or distribution of licenses,
permits, stamps and tags; making the fee an additional charge to the price of
the license, permit, stamp or tag; conforming provisions; and providing for an
effective date.
