when in fresh pursuit of an individual. For purposes of this paragraph, "fresh pursuit" means
pursuit without unnecessary delay and initiated within the corporate limits of
the municipality for violation of a municipal ordinance or state law committed
in view of the peace officer.".

intended to continue as it existed prior to the effective date of this act,
except as specifically modified by this act.".
