AN ACT relating to federal natural resource policy; amending the federal natural resource policy account to allow legal action and other activities as specified; allowing actions on behalf of Wyoming citizens as specified; providing for retaining qualified practicing attorneys; providing for the initiation of litigation against the federal government over the release of gray wolves to recoup unpaid damages and expenses; providing the attorney general the ability to seek other legal remedies as specified; making an appropriation; and providing for an effective date.
