Joint Judiciary Interim Committee Meeting Summary (October 30-31, 2003)

The Joint Judiciary Interim Committee met on October 30 and 31, 2003 in Cody.  The Committee met to consider prison construction needs and proposed draft legislation with respect to peace offices, court amendments, surface owner damages and juveniles.  The Committee voted to sponsor legislation that conforms the nomenclature of circuit courts and revisions to Title 14 of the Wyoming Statutes.  The Committee will meet again in mid-December in Casper to consider other draft legislation that was not acted upon at the October meeting.
