AN ACT relating to the Wyoming Cosmetology Act; providing definitions; providing for the

licensure of manicurists/nail technicians, aestheticians and hair stylists as specified; specifying

duties of the board of cosmetology; specifying reasons for the revocation, suspension or nonrenewal

 of licenses; providing for fees; and providing for an effective date.
